The Rothschild family is once again joining the arrows on their coat of arms to produce the Barons de Rothschild champagne. Thus, when the most famous “appellation” meets one of the most prestigious signatures in winemaking, the result is bound to be as rare as exceptional.
The Barons de Rothschild Brut, selected by Hotels & Preference, is a rich, complex and ethereal wine. It is blended from Chardonnay and Pinots Noir wines from the best vineyards in the Champagne region, aging at least three years in the cellars. With a low dosage and stored at least six months following disgorging, this Champagne offers a balanced and pleasant structure on the palate, which can be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout a meal.
